Clintonville Arts Guild
The Clintonville Arts Guild was founded in 1972 to promote the visual arts within the Clintonville community, and create a stimulating, encouraging and supportive environment where local artists and craftspeople can share both their ideas and their passion for the arts. Our members work in clay, fiber, and glass; watercolors, acrylics and oils; photography and ink; precious metals, gemstones, and beads; gourds, wood, and found materials. CAG offers monthly programs on topics ranging from art as a business, to creativity, to hands-on exploration of various techniques and materials. CAG hosts several member exhibitions each year in area galleries, and our annual Holiday Show and Sale in November has become a fixture of Clintonville life. We also provide a yearly scholarship for a local high school student going on to major in art.
The Clintonville Arts Guild meets at 7:15 pm; September through May on the 4th Monday of the month at the Whetstone Community Center. All are Welcome!
